Our VOLUMETRIC MICRODOSER FOR ACTIVATED CARBON is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and complete with homogenizing tools with ploughshares and dosing propellers. These tools are motorized to ensure precise and reliable dosing. Our commitment to safety is evident in the presence of an inductive sensor which monitors the rotation of the dosing tool, ensuring smooth operation. Our system is equipped with a storage hopper with a capacity of more than 0.5 m3, complete with level indicators for automatic loading of products from the storage silo. Furthermore, to optimize the process, we integrate a pneumatic vibrator with pneumatic management control. We have designed our system for maximum safety and reliability. The connection of the parts via earth braids ensures the dispersion of any stray electric discharges.

The Hopper Weighing System, certified ATEX Zone 22, which incorporates a weighing platform with high precision load cells. This system, together with our Precise Weight Transmitter, gives you the confidence you need in your weighing operations. The Injection System, designed to maximize efficiency. This system includes a vertical exhaust at the exit of the dosing propeller, an ejector and an air management assembly.
