Thanks to our expertise in the purification of air fumes, Metaltek in Zinasco has managed to forge several partnerships for the design and construction of Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTO). These are regenerative thermal post-combustion plants, which is at the heart of the company's business.
The RTO system, which is built and installed by our company, destroy volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odours derived from production ovens by incinerating them. This system reduces the consumption of fuel used for the incineration process, reaching a level of self-sustainability by the combustion of the VOCs themselves. Thus minimising management costs overall.
Metaltek's experience gained in the design and construction of post-combustion plants has allowed us to enter the European market.
