The selecting mill SORBAMILL represent the state-of-the-art of grinding systems and came from the constructive experience of METALTEK company. The key feature of the selecting mill SORBAMILL is represented by an original patent which consists of two milling impellers, that turn in the same direction inside of the grinding chambers. A classifier with interchangeable blades is installed on the right impeller. The feeding point is located on the left impeller, by means of a star valve. In this way any fine particles that are inside the product can be sucked without weighing unnecessarily on the grinding process and consequently allowing energy saving and an increase in productivity. The dimensions and weights of the machine are very limited, so masonry work is not required: the selecting mill SORBAMILL simply has to be place on a basement. The whole system is controlled by electronic devices that allow you to make the most of the installed power. The energy savings obtained, positively affects the operating cost that is particularly onerous for what concerns the grinding sector in general.
