The incineration of MSW generates combustible gases, ash, and water. The gases produced may contain harmful pollutants such as Sulfur Oxides (SOx), Hydrochloric Acid (HCl), Hydrofluoric Acid (HF), Dioxins, Furans, and heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg). To ensure safety and compliance with environmental regulations, flue gases are treated through specific filtration and neutralization techniques. The flue gas purification system employs chemical reagents to neutralize acidic substances and filters with activated carbon/lignite coke to capture heavy metals and hazardous organic compounds, significantly reducing health and environmental risks.
